Our Philosophy
Technology should improve the human experience,
not replace it.
Spool isn't built to think for you; it’s built to work for you.
We turn raw AI capability into real-world help, clearing the administrative chaos so you can focus on the decisions—and the moments—that matter.
The Spool Approach:
-
Delegate the Logistics: Outsource the friction. We handle the calls, forms, and follow-ups that quietly consume your time.
-
Support Your Judgment: We organize the information and surface the trade-offs, but the final say is always yours.
-
Protect Your Purpose: Values, relationships, and creativity belong to people, not software. We just clear the path.

Our Team
The People Behind Spool
The world calls us experts in data, AI, and high-stakes execution. We call ourselves Spoodles. We came together from places like KeyMe, Palantir, Amazon, and Disney with a shared realization: most technology is designed to sell you things, grab your data, or do the "fun" stuff for you—while the actual labor of managing a life is still your problem. We’re building Spool to change that, turning elite engineering into a tool that handles the "admin rage" and gives you your time back.

George Price
Founding Engineer
An infrastructure specialist with a career built on architecting systems for the world’s most data-heavy organizations. From hardening AWS CloudTrail to building visual programming languages at Palantir and scaling platform architecture at Hathora, he specializes in high-availability engineering.

Senior Software Developer
A Caltech engineer who spent over a decade architecting high-performance systems for [redacted]. A former professional athlete, he brings competitive drive to scaling technical infrastructure and ensuring that Spool’s full-stack experience is as fast as it is reliable.
Our Culture
We build for "Job+" people because we are those people.
At Spool, we’ve traded corporate ceremony for High-Trust Autonomy. We hire experts, give them a shared sense of purpose, and then get out of their way.
We believe that connecting as humans first is the only way to build a "humans first" product. By making time for life outside of work—for family, hobbies, and the daily friction of the real world—we stay grounded in the exact problems we’re trying to solve for our users. We prioritize a culture of curiosity and total support, because a team that actually understands each other builds more empathetic technology for everyone else.

Our Values
Build for Real People
We don’t build for Silicon Valley power users; we build for people whose time is already spoken for. We believe the best product decisions come from living a life outside of a screen. This means we value a zero learning curve and instant utility over complex features. If a tool doesn’t solve a real-world problem without a manual, it doesn’t belong in Spool.
Do the Hard Things Right
Navigating phone trees and building reliable voice AI is difficult, unglamorous work. We don’t take shortcuts on the infrastructure because that’s where user trust is earned. We prioritize security and privacy at every layer so that our users can hand off their tasks with total confidence.
The Best Idea Wins
We value the truth over titles. In our world, hierarchy takes a backseat to the best solution. We move fast because we love the challenge, but we leave intentional room for "playtime" to experiment, test, and ensure our ideas actually work for the user.
Truth with Intent
We owe each other the truth, delivered with the intent to help—not to ego-trip. We prioritize specific, high-frequency feedback so that everyone knows exactly where they stand and has the support they need to grow.
Efficiency is Empathy
Respecting a teammate's time is a core part of how we work. We loathe excessive process and top-down mandates that don’t add value. We communicate with high effort and protect each other’s focus so the team can stay in the flow of problem-solving.
