The People Behind Spool

The world calls us experts in data, AI, and high-stakes execution. We call ourselves Spoodles. We came together from places like KeyMe, Palantir, Amazon, and Disney with a shared realization: most technology is designed to sell you things, grab your data, or do the "fun" stuff for you—while the actual labor of managing a life is still your problem. We’re building Spool to change that, turning elite engineering into a tool that handles the "admin rage" and gives you your time back.

This means we value a zero learning curve and instant utility over complex features. If a tool doesn’t solve a real-world problem without a manual, it doesn’t belong in Spool.

Navigating phone trees and building reliable voice AI is difficult, unglamorous work. We don’t take shortcuts on the infrastructure because that’s where user trust is earned. We prioritize security and privacy at every layer so that our users can hand off their tasks with total confidence.

The Best Idea Wins

We value the truth over titles. In our world, hierarchy takes a backseat to the best solution. We move fast because we love the challenge, but we leave intentional room for "playtime" to experiment, test, and ensure our ideas actually work for the user.
