How It Works
Let Spool make the calls while you make the decisions.
Spool is an AI assistant that phones businesses for you. It waits on hold, talks to the rep, and reports back. You approve every call before it’s made, and afterward you can read or listen to all of it.
Step 1
Describe the Job
Write it the way you’d tell a person: cancel a membership, get quotes, dispute a charge. Spool works out who to call and what it needs to know, checking what it already has on you before asking for what’s missing.
“Get three quotes to fix my fence.”
Step 2
Spool Does the Prep
Before anything is dialed, Spool finds the business and the right number, and works out what the other side will probably ask for. Then it writes a briefing: the goal, the talking points, and the personal details it plans to share.
Step 3
You Review the Briefing
Nothing is dialed until you’ve seen it: who and where, what Spool will say, what it will share, and whether it can pass the call to you. Approve it, edit it, or cancel it.
A short countdown runs before the call starts. Editing pauses the timer.
Step 4
Spool Makes the Call
Spool opens by saying what it is, then does the work: pressing through phone menus, waiting on hold, talking to a human, asking your questions, and writing down confirmation numbers. You can follow a live transcript as it happens.
“Hi, this is [your name]’s digital assistant, recording the call.”
Step 5
You Get the Result
You get a plain-language summary, plus the recording and transcript, so you can check it yourself. If the job isn’t finished, Spool keeps going, scheduling any follow-up for a legal calling hour and re-checking that nothing has changed.
A rep asks to reschedule for Monday morning. Spool books the follow-up and re-confirms before it dials.
Getting started takes about four minutes.
Save the number and text it whatever’s on your plate right now, that’s the whole setup. You can add the sensitive details later, when a task actually needs them.
